Always a great experience. The staff are very nice, welcoming, and the doctors are excellent! They answer any question thoroughly and welcome them. Their never rude or short when talking to patients and are great with any age group. I've brought my kids here two years in row and they've done wonderfully each time. They have a large selection of glasses and are very affordable whether you have insurance or not. There's also hardly any wait time at all(I think the longest I waited was maybe 5... 7 mins @ most which is honestly less time then you would spend waiting for your food in a drive through.) if you have a busy schedule you won't have any problems getting in and out. Thank you Dr. Lau, Dr. Pham, Robin, and any other staff that's there for always being kind and friendly while professional at the same time it means a lot there's not many dr offices of any kind that's like that anymore and my family and I appreciate it. Have a blessed year and we'll definitely see you again next year!

Dr. Pham is excellent. It takes the time to listen to your concerns and always talks through his assessment so you understand why he is making his decisions. I had prior bad experiences at another popular office in town because my contacts always gave me headaches, but when I came back into their office, I didn’t even see a doctor but a tech to troubleshoot my contact issues. Going to see Dr. Pham got me back into contacts without headaches!

I really liked the doctor... he actually listened to me when I told him I felt like my previous script (from a different doc) have me headaches and messed with my depth perception so I couldn't wear them. We were able to adjust my script to wear my vision was improved but was easier on my eyes for me to wear! As a nurse, I don't think I'm a difficult patient and wouldn't have argued with him. I recognized my vision is changing I need to start wearing my glasses so I'm glad we were able to compromise without compromising my eye health!

It sounds silly to some, but I have extreme anxiety making phone calls to places I’ve never called before and even more anxiety going to places I’ve never been before. If everywhere was staffed like Tinker Eye Care, I’d never have anxiety about making phone calls or going to new places. Best staff in the world and the doctor was truly wonderful. I had to bring my 3 young children with me and nobody made me feel like they were a nuisance or inconvenience. I was truly blessed at my visit and I will absolutely recommend Tinker Eye Care every chance I get!
